Where do you ship?
What is your return policy?
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you may return it (at your expense) within 15 days. Once the returned item is received in its original condition, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, not including shipping. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
What do I do if my insured piece arrives broken?
Occasionally pieces break in transit despite our best efforts at packing them well. If this happens, please send us photos of the broken piece and all the packaging so we can file a claim with the USPS. We’ll be in touch about options to ship another or get you a refund.
Are your pieces microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most items are microwave and dishwasher safe, yes. That said, we recommend hand washing anything translucent (because those pieces are considerably more delicate) or with gold luster for longevity. Gold luster is not safe for the microwave.
Can I come visit your studio?
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, provided what you’re desiring is within the scope of our other work (a different color for something you see on the site, etc). Also happy to customize one of our usual offerings by adding names, dates, etc (most commonly requested for the trinket bowls to be given to a bride and groom for their rings, or for a name to be written on an ornament instead of one of our standard words).
Do you offer wedding registries?
Absolutely! Happy to create any sort of registry. We can add a password protected page to our site for you to share with your friends.
While we do not wholesale the housewares or the knits, we’re happy to discuss wholesale for the jewelry. Just contact us!
